ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Marketing Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Charlotte Weaver - State Farm Agent, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your diversified marketing shapes our brand’s public image and cultivates existing client relations. Your cross-functional campaigns will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers’ experience, and strategically position our agency… whether on social media or at community events!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Create marketing materials and content for various channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage social media accounts and online presence.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
Support event planning and promotional activities.
Maintain and update client databases and contact lists.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Proficiency with marketing software and social media platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong analytical and research skills.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
